Alexander Ilyasevich career began in his native Miadel area. From 2003 to 2004 he worked in the management of labor and social protection of population of the district executive committee. After that he became first secretary of the district Myadel public association Belarusian Republican Youth Union, and later - the second secretary of the Regional Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union NGO. From 2007 he was a senior specialist, later head of the department head of the ideology department of the Minsk oblast executive committee. From 2010 to 2018 he worked in various positions in the Administration of the President of Belarus. A few years led the main ideological department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus. To date, he was Deputy Chief of the Office of Transport, Information and communication - Head of the Department of Information and Communications of the Republic of Belarus Council of Ministers of the device.
