Such data at a special press conference was provided by the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, Vadim Nikolaenko, and clarified that interest in individual development in the Central region does not fall.
- Such dynamics are observed annually within 70 - 75% of the construction of individual housing. As for land plots - over 10 years in the Minsk region 30 thousand land plots were provided for the construction and maintenance of single-family blocked residential buildings, of which about 24 thousand were provided to citizens registered for the needy. 6 thousand plots were sold at auction. Today, 30 thousand people are on the waiting lists for receiving such land plots in the Minsk region. As part of the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 267, the regional executive committee ordered the adjustment of three master plans for satellite cities: Smolevichi, Rudensk, Fanipol.
