Belarusian Potash Company and its long-term strategic partner in India IPL Company have come to an agreement, which resulted in signing a contract for the delivery of potash fertilizers to the Indian market at $280 per tonne on CFR terms.
According to Belarusian Potash Company, the agreement will encourage higher demand from Indian farmers and confirms the shared desire of the Belarusian company and the Indian one to ensure harmonious and steady development of the industry. “The price reflects not only the market situation but also creates prospects for more vigorous fertilizer business in all the key regions,” Belarusian Potash Company said.
Belarusian Potash Company thanked its Indian partners and stressed that the contract stems from a high level of mutual trust and respect.
The public joint-stock company (OAO) Belarusian Potash Company was established in 2013. It is the exclusive exporter of potash fertilizers made by OAO Belaruskali. The BPC has maintained confident leadership on the world market of potash fertilizers for years. Over the course of six years the BPC has sold Belarusian potassium to 130 countries.
