MINSK, 13 March (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a message of greetings to the participants of the Golden Puck Nationwide Ice Hockey Youth Tournament, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service. Alexander Lukashenko noted that this is one of the most popular and representative youth tournaments in the country. Many outstanding ice hockey players have taken start in their sports career from these competitions. “Today young sportsmen are expected to play a leading role in this big event. I hope that for many of you this tournament will open the door to the elite sport. The best personal qualities, namely determined character, will power, courage, and team spirit, show up in tough competition.
