MINSK, 18 June (BelTA) - Permanent plenipotentiary representatives of the CIS member states will discuss draft agenda of the next session of the CIS Council of Heads of Government in Minsk, BelTA learnt from the press service of the CIS Executive Committee. The Minsk session will be held on 19 June. The meeting will review the session of the CIS Council of Heads of Government that took place in Ashgabat on 30 May and determine the plan of action to implement the documents adopted at the session. The instruments include the hydrometeorology development strategy, physical education and sport development strategy up to 2020, a concept of financial services market liberalization, amendments to the agreement on the parallel operation of the CIS member states’ power systems, the action plan to foster the CIS international youth cooperation and agreement on cooperation in engineering support of the on armed forces. The session members will also discuss the proposals to the draft agenda of the next session of the CIS Council of Heads of Government which will be held in Yalta in September. The heads of government will be suggested to review a number of issues: the CIS cooperation strategy on information society and the program for its implementation up to 2015, a set of actions to carry out an interstate program for innovative development for 2012-2014, the interstate agreements on technical regulations. The heads of government will also discuss the retail market of food distribution services, amendments to the agreement on the rules of determining the state of origin of goods etc. It is planned to consider the cooperation of the CIS member states in education, social security and exhibition activities. The security matters will be discussed in connection with the documents on cooperation of the states in prevention of emergency situations and relief effort, and air defense. Besides, the permanent plenipotentiary representatives of the CIS member states intend to review the procedures of holding ministerial consultations of the CIS member states and determine the agenda of their next meeting. It is expected that Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee - CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev will attend the session of the council of permanent representatives of the CIS member states.
