This opinion was expressed by Deputy Chairman of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Alexander Turchin at a retreat - seminar on the development of small and medium-sized businesses, Minsk region. Alexander Turchin said that the land and businesses in the Minsk region are in high demand, which is not the areas that are at a distance from the capital. As an example, he cited the JSC "Borisov plant of musical instruments": "Now the price after the auction is subject to reduction Br12 billion Unfortunately, there are no buyers." The situation is similar with Slutsky brewery, whose price is Br15 billion. In 2013, 80 % of industrial production area was created in Zhodino, Borisov, Minsk, Molodechno, Slutsk and Soligorsk regions. At the same time, some areas do not use their full potential and, as a consequence, are lagging behind in industrial development. In connection with this last year, each district, Minsk region was given the task of creating new industries. "Proper job and brought in 2014. Moreover chairmen of district executive committees are personally responsible for the creation of enterprises in the area, whose main activity will be the industrial production", - said Alexander Turchin. Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee drew attention to the meeting - seminar on areas whose economic performance is dependent on the outcome of one or two companies. He suggested that for the integrated development of the most effective is the presence of several entities in the area. " There are crises and ups and downs. When near a large number of enterprises, it is leveled, and the region may show economic growth even when difficulties arise in any of the companies," - said Alexander Turchin.
