Nesvizh residence Radziwill June 20-22 invites to open air

The annual festival «Evenings Bolshoi Theatre Radziwill castle» will be held June 20-22 in Nesvizh, according to the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of Belarus. Traditionally presentation will take place at several venues: in the courtyard and the theater hall of the castle, in the Town Hall, as well as in the walls of one of the most beautiful baroque churches in Europe - Church of Corpus Christi. This year the organizers have prepared several premieres. Opera lovers will enjoy the masterpiece of Antonio Caleri "First music, then the words" and choreographic art fans will see the premiere of this theatrical season - an evening of ballet "From the nineteenth century to the twenty-first century." Will open the festival concert String Quintet "Serenade" - "Melodies of Love", which will be held in the theater hall of the castle. Opera soloist Tatiana Tretiak accompanied by virtuoso musicians will perform famous songs and popular songs over the years. In the castle courtyard Radziwill will be shown one of the most popular stories of love and freedom - "Carmen" by Georges Bizet. In the church of Corpus Christi artists of the choir and soloists of the Mariinsky Opera Company will present a concert of works by Stanislaw Moniuszko "W Oycham advechnym." The final chord of music marathon in Nesvizh Castle will be a gala concert of stars of the Bolshoi Theater. "Nights of the Bolshoi Theater in Radziwill castle" - a music festival in the popular format of open air. Such events are very popular both among music lovers and avid theatergoers and tourists alike, and country lovers. Performances take place at historic sites, ancient castles, and sometimes the whole city turns into a giant theater scene. Project started in 2010 at the initiative of the theater and the Ministry of Culture of Belarus.
