In early November, Belarus will host a technical delegate of the International Biathlon Union (IBU) who will inspect the National Winter Olympic Training Center Raubichi to check its preparedness for the 2015 IBU Youth/Junior World Championships, the senior coach of the Belarus national biathlon team Yuri Albers told a meeting of the working group, BelTA learned from the press service of the Sport and Tourism Ministry.
The meeting of the working group for the 2015b event was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Sport and Tourism Minister Alexander Gagiev. The meeting discussed the preparations for the upcoming event, which will be held from 15 to 22February 2015.
Responsibilities have been distributed between the members of the working group, including those related to the preparation of the Raubuchi center, refereeing, financial, medical, transport and other matters. The meeting paid special attention to the preparation of the Belarusian team for the forthcoming event.
Belarus and the IBU are expected to sign the declaration on the conduct of the sport event.
