Agricultural organizations of the Minsk region in 2014 will reimburse part of the interest on loans that were given to them for the reconstruction of dairy farms in accordance with the program for development of the dairy industry in 2010-2015. This is provided for the Council of Ministers №1044 dated 5 November 2014, which was published on November 11 officially on the national legal Internet portal.
State support will be provided to 29 organizations, the total amount of loans which is Br300 billion 735.1 million, 467.67 thousand. Euro and $ 11,167,000. It is a part of the compensation paid (accrued) in 2011 - 2012 and in the period from January 1, on July 23, 2014 interest on the loan. Reimbursement will be made at the expense of the national budget, in Belarusian rubles - 50% of the refinancing rate of the National Bank, acting (including its variations) in the relevant Interest Period; in foreign currency - 50% rate on the loan, but no more than 6% per annum.
Transfers the funds will go to replenish working capital organizations.
Resolution also recommended by the local executive and administrative bodies in the prescribed manner to compensate in 2014 these organizations at the expense of the relevant part of local budgets Loan Interest: Belarusian rubles - 50% of the refinancing rate of the National Bank, acting (including its amendments) in the relevant Interest Period; in foreign currency - 50% rate on the loan, but no more than 6% per annum. Regarding interest paid (accrued) for 2013: in Belarusian rubles - equal to 100% of the refinancing rate of the National Bank, acting (including its amendments) in the relevant Interest Period; in foreign currency - in the amount of 100% of the rate on the loan, but not more than 12% per annum.
Monitoring the implementation of the decision is assigned to the Minsk Region Executive Committee.
