At present time the front loader BELAZ-78250 with the bucket capacity of 11,5 m3 is being assembled in experimental workshop.
New technical solutions of different systems and assembly units make this loader unique: - for the first time the loader of such type is equipped with AC electric drive which makes it possible to enhance the loader productivity, reduce costs and maintenance time - the loader is equipped with low-consumption engine of 1050 h.p. capacity with electronic control and diagnostic system; - modern integrated hydraulic system ensures safety and high work performance - automatic positioning system of work equipment enables to perform the bucket lifting at the required height and returning to the working position, which considerably increases operator’s working efficiency; - load weighting system - driver’s cabin of enhanced comfort with electronic dashboard, improved lining and insulation material.
Due to the increased dimensions, loading height and bucket capacity the range of serviced mining dump trucks is being enlarged – new front loader can load the mining dump truck with the payload capacity up to 90 tons that are in a great demand among the consumers.
