The parties discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation in the field of agriculture Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Ethiopia Dmitry Kuptel met with State Minister of Agriculture of Ethiopia Wondirad Mandefro, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The parties discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation in the field of agriculture. “The parties exchanged views on the possibilities of participation of the Belarusian enterprises in the projects implemented by the Government of Ethiopia in the mechanization and modernization of small and medium farms, supplies of Belarusian potash fertilizers and agricultural machinery,” the press service informed. The parties also talked over the training of Ethiopian students in the educational establishments of Belarus. An agreement was reached to perform more detailed assessment of these avenues of bilateral cooperation and some other areas.
