Regional autumn fairs, where it will be possible to purchase a wide range of agricultural products and other consumer goods, will be held in the large cities of the Minsk region, BelTA learned from the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
The first of these events is scheduled for September 30 in Borisov. In addition to the enterprises of the Borisov district and the regional center, the enterprises of Berezinsky, Krupsky, Logoisk, Minsk, Pukhovichi, Smolevichi and Chervensky districts and the city of Zhodino will take part in the fair. Also on September 30, a major fair will be held in Slutsk. Further regional sales will take place in Nesvizh (October 22), in Vileyka and Zhodino (October 28). By analogy, products on them will be represented by organizations from several regions of the region.
The season of autumn fairs in regional centers will begin a little earlier - on September 16. These events will be held on weekends. The fair season will continue until November 4. Agricultural, processing, trading enterprises, farmers, and fish farms will present at the fairs a wide range of agricultural products of new harvest, meat, dairy, culinary, confectionery products, as well as other food and non-food products, seeds, seedlings, agricultural equipment, etc.
Participants of the Great Patriotic War, single elderly, invalids of Groups I and II, the delivery of products purchased at fairs will be free of charge. Gore and regional executive committees of the Minsk region are working to inform the public about the timing of the fairs.
