The Social Library for the Elderly started working in the Borisov district, BelTA learned from the Borisov district executive committee.
The services of the social library can now be used free of charge by visitors of the day care unit for elderly citizens of the Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Borisov district. The library itself is organized directly in this department. The readers' choice is represented by works of modern and classical literature, domestic and foreign authors, as well as state periodical publications.
The realization of the idea was made possible by the Borisov regional organization of the NGO "Belaya Rus", which handed over books to older people for reading.
