20 February, Minsk / Corr. BELTA. Reconstruction of the battle "Vitebsk Operation" will be held on February 24 on the "Stalin Line", BelTA informs.
The reconstruction will involve such types of weapons and military equipment during the Great Patriotic War as a ZIS-5 vehicle, a heavy KV-1 tank, a self-propelled German StuG III assault gun, a replica of the German Panzer III tank.
Other military and historical reconstructions were prepared, among them dedicated to the internationalist soldiers.
On this day in the historical and cultural complex with the support of the Ministry of Defense there will be festive events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Belarus and the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland. On the territory of the complex, in particular, demonstration performances of servicemen of the Belarusian army with a demonstration of military equipment will take place. The Academic Ensemble of Song and Dance of the Armed Forces will perform.
Several interactive zones will be opened. Everyone will be able to try their strength in the historical quiz, shooting from pneumatics, disassembling / assembling weapons and other master classes. A children's room is waiting for the small guests and a bright interactive show.
