Attention will be paid to compliance with the requirements of legislation on road safety and the effectiveness of measures taken to prevent accidents, death and injury to people in them.
In April, this issue will be considered at a meeting of the regional coordination meeting. "We will discuss both the work of traffic police units, and local executive authorities, including road maintenance, to outline concrete measures to reduce the number of deaths in road accidents," Oleg Lavrukhin said.
Carrying out of corresponding actions is caused by growth of number of the citizens which have lost in 2017 as a result of road and transport incidents.
