Over 200 young wrestlers from all regions of Belarus will take part in the open regional freestyle wrestling tournament of the international class master and honored coach of the USSR and the BSSR Anatoly Zelenko, BelTA learned from the Sports and Tourism Department of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee. Competitive day will be March 31, and the arena of the tournament - Kletsk fitness center (FOC) on the street. Victory, 23a. On the carpet will come wrestlers who will represent the teams of cities and regions, sports schools (DYUSSH, SDYUSHOR) and the Olympic Reserve Schools. The strongest will be determined in different weight categories. The youngest participants, young men of 2010-2011 years of birth, will compete in the category of 21 kg. The competitions will also take place in the scales 25 and 46 kg (2009-2010 birth), 29 kg (2008-2009), 32 and 35 kg (2005-2006), 48 and 62 kg (2004-2005), 40 and 55 kg 2003-2004), 60 and 78 kg (2001-2002). For girls of 2006-2007 years of birth, categories 32, 37 and 42 kg are established; 2003-2004 years of birth - 43, 50 and 57 kg; 2002-2003 years of birth - 46 and 65 kg. In the personal championship of the winners of competitions in each age group will be awarded by prizes and certificates of management of sports and tourism of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, and prize winners - by certificates of management. The general management of the competitions is carried out by the children's and youth sports school of the primary trade-union organization of OJSC "Moroch" of the Belarusian trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex and Kletsk FOC. The chief referee was the head coach of the free-style wrestling Victor Plesko. The main goal of the tournament is the selection of the best wrestlers in the teams of children's and youth sports schools. Traditionally, one of the favorites of the tournament is the students of the Youth Sports School from the agro-town of Moroch. It is planned that the tournament will be attended by the pupil of Anatoly Zelenko, the bronze medalist of the Summer Olympic Games in 1992, Sergei Demeshkevich.
