The event is attended by the chiefs (experts) of the departments of organizational and personnel work of the district executive committees, the employees of the Main Department of Organizational and Personnel Work of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, specialists in personnel management of the departments for agriculture and food of the district executive committees, heads and specialists of personnel departments of the regional executive committee and regional organizations.
