Heating systems include the average daily outdoor temperature plus 10 degrees and below for five days in health care, social welfare, schools, preschool institutions, as well as in museums, state archives and libraries, at temperatures below plus 8 degrees in the housing stock. "At the weekend, the heating season began in five districts, information on other districts will be later," the company said. The specialists emphasized that the housing and utilities sector of the region is ready to work in the autumn-winter period. Consumers and heat sources received readiness passports, stocks of fuel oil, firewood, and wood chips were created for servicing boiler houses.
