In many schools, there were no work plans for the calendar year. In some cases, specialized educational and sports institutions with violation of the law enrolled, transferred to the level of training and expelled athletes from him. Often the coaching staff of the School for Children and Youth Sport inadequately evaluated the standards of candidates for enrollment in sports classes. Profile journals did not contain all the necessary information about attendance, schedule groups. They found discrepancies with the plan in terms of the volume of the training process. In many institutions, they failed to submit contracts concluded with the legal representatives of student athletes. A number of such schools were insufficiently funded - their material base required renewal. With omissions, sports clubs and sections are organized in the capital, the purpose of which is to involve students in physical education. As a result, the prosecutor's office concluded that the sports department of the Minsk City Executive Committee did not effectively control the specialized institutions, including the implementation of the training process in them.
