The opening ceremony of the fifth festival-competition will be held on January 26 at 14.30. This day will hold a solemn presentation of ice sculptures to the public and summing up the festival-competition. Also, visitors will enjoy a gala concert with the participation of the group "Without a ticket", an entertaining quiz, competitions with a prize draw and a musical pyrotechnic show.
