The international conference "Modern trends in the development of water supply and sanitation" will be held in Minsk on February 13-14, BelTA learned from the enterprise Minskvodokanal. The forum will be attended by representatives of the ministries of housing and communal services and nature and environmental protection, industry enterprises, Minsk City Executive Committee, higher educational institutions of the republic, research and design institutes, experts in the field of water supply, sanitation, water protection, municipal hygiene , young scientists, manufacturers of specialized equipment. The work of the thematic sections is planned, a seminar on water disposal and water supply in small communities and the exhibition Digital Technologies in Designing and Operating Systems, Personnel Training will be held. Representatives of the water utilities of Budapest and St. Petersburg will tell about the applied innovative technologies, Minskvodokanal and the regions of Belarus, as well as guests from Germany, France, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and other countries will share their experience. The topics of the presentations are related to water treatment and wastewater treatment technologies, sludge treatment, equipment and materials for water supply and wastewater systems, technological process management and automation, energy efficiency and energy saving, drinking water quality control, economics and information technology of the plumbing sector, preparation frames. The event is organized by Minskvodokanal and the Belarusian State Technological University with the support of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services. The conference is dedicated to the 145th anniversary of Minskvodokanal.
