A new traffic pattern on the Moscow Ring Road in the Uruchcha district will be introduced at the weekend

27.02.2019

A traffic pattern similar to the one used on the 25th km of the Moscow Ring Road will be implemented in the second section of the overpass repair - in the Uruchcha region - this weekend, director of Gordorstroy Alexander Yaroshik told BelTA.
In connection with repairs in the area of the roundabout, congestion regularly occurs during peak hours. The road workers found a solution that was first introduced (from February 16) at the 25th km of the outer ring of the Moscow Ring Road (Dzerzhinsky Ave. district, above the railway tracks near the turn to the BSU branch): here, instead of three lanes, they were made two narrowed for movement in each direction.
"The scheme turned out to be effective, the transport capacity increased by 20%. There were no unforeseen situations. Therefore, at the end of the week we will apply it on the 3rd km of Moscow Ring Road (Skaryna Street) Already at the exit of the order for the development of the scheme of the organization of the movement. Then it will be necessary to establish dimymi signs. So we introduce the scheme either on Friday or Saturday night, or from Saturday to Sunday, "said Alexander Yaroshik.
At the same time, he stressed that when weather conditions deteriorate conditions (snow, sleet) transport will go one lane in each direction.
