The fifth enterprise "BelOI" in the Minsk region will be engaged in the production of paper for printers

11.03.2019

The fifth enterprise for the employment of people with disabilities will open in the near future in the Minsk region. BelTA learned from the chairman of the board of the Minsk Regional Organization of the Belarusian Association of Disabled People Anna Gorchakova.
"The company is created on the basis of the old, which we got with all the debts, and will be engaged in the production of paper," said Anna Gorchakova.
And the director of the enterprise, Elena Varshavskaya, explained that it is expected to produce products of an unusual format - roll paper for large printers that are used in design institutes, etc. "In addition, we will produce paper, which is used by clinics, housing and communal services, HREO. We certify production and plan to start production in June. But to turn around this year as planned, will not work: the previous manager has delayed reporting to be issued by the time of public procurement, the time spent working with large organizations will be missed. In the future, we have big plans, and this year will be a trial one: we will adapt to each other and see how we can move further. their activities, "she said.
People with disabilities will not be engaged in physical labor (such as a manager, accountant). In total for them at the initial stage 3 workplaces are provided, and still so many normal ones. The office has created a barrier-free environment. "Yes, and I myself now have to learn to communicate with such a category of workers, to take into account their peculiarities," the director added.
On the territory of the region now there are four enterprises that belong to the BelOI structure: the Alstroyinvest PMSC in the production of windows in Zhodino; UNPP "Tacis" in the village Mikhanovichi, Minsk region on the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems; PUE "Rembyttekhnika-Life" in Soligorsk (its structure also includes the laboratory of electrophysical measurements); TUP "Vigorinvest" in Minsk on the organization of concert and tourist activities. “People with different disabilities work at these enterprises. Some of the work is done at home: for example, in Tacis, cleaning or assembling fire detectors. And who is more mobile, distributes ads around the city. At Rembyttekhnika-Byt. Mostly people work with a rather complex disability: someone on crutches, and someone on a wheelchair. From masters to receptionist. All enterprises are small, but each job is valuable, "concluded Anna Gorchakova.
