Unauthorized capital buildings (the Zaslavsky Castle hotel complex) were put up for public auction with a starting price equal to one base value (Br25.5), BelTA learned in the Minsk regional center for investment and privatization.
Bidding will be held on May 16. The object is located in Zaslavl, Gonoles street, 2A. It includes a water tower, a boiler house building, a transformer substation, a hotel complex with a basement and attic floor, an administrative building and other buildings. The land will be provided for rent for a period of 30 years without charging for the right to conclude a land lease agreement.
The seller is the Zaslavsky City Executive Committee. The object will be sold under the investor’s compliance with certain conditions, including the reimbursement of costs for tendering, property valuation and production of technical specifications, and the formation of the site. In addition, within 2 months from the date of the conclusion of the contract of sale, the buyer is obliged to conclude an investment contract with the Minsk Regional Executive Committee. To complete the construction of the complex to the end of 2024.
