Belarus has organized weekly conduction of direct lines by regional executive committees and the Minsk city executive committee in order to increase the efficiency of work with citizens and legal entities, eradicate bureaucracy and red tape, paperwork, and also to promptly solve people’s problems. These straight lines started in January 2015 and are held on Saturdays.
