On May 21, the House of Representatives of the
National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus held a meeting of the members of
the Youth Parliament of Slutsk with the Chairperson of the Permanent Commission
on Human Rights, National Relations and Mass Media Valentina Vitalyevna
Rajanets, the website of the newspaper Slutskі Kray informs.
The children visited the permanent exposition on the activities of the
House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus,
got acquainted with the activities of the parliament.
The deputy told the guests about the work on bills, organized a visit to
the Presidential Library, the Museum of the History of Belarusian Cinema and
the Minsk Wave UE.
The students received a lot of interesting information, were impressed
by the unique museum and library exhibits, learned the subtleties of the work
of journalists of the “Minsk Wave” radio.
Answering youth questions, the deputy told about a number of important
social projects implemented with her direct participation.
The meeting, in the opinion of the guys, was very helpful.
