The Prosecutor's Office of the Minsk Region, together with the Investigation Department of the UIC of the Republic of Belarus in the Minsk Region, conducted a preventive measure at the base of the Minsk Region Commissariat in the framework of occupational vocational training for officers of the regional military commissariats.
Subject - compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation.
The goals set by the employees of the regional departments of the prosecutor's office and the Investigative Committee are to clarify the norms of the current legislation on combating corruption, measures of responsibility for corruption offenses and crimes, and to prevent their commission.
The head of the department for the supervision of the implementation of legislation in the forces of the regional prosecutor's office, Alexander Shokov, explained the provisions of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 10 May 2019 No. 3 “On additional measures to combat corruption” that came into force, drew attention to the inevitability of punishment for committing corruption crimes .
Head of the Investigation Department of the UIC in Minsk Region Sergey Zenkovich brought to the attention of those present the results of the investigation of corruption criminal cases committed in the territory of the Minsk Region.
The participants of the event discussed the problematic issues arising in their daily activities, developed approaches to work in the near future.
