Minsk region farms cleaned 34% of winter rapeseed. The assistant to the President - Inspector in Minsk Region Igor Yevseyev told reporters today after receiving citizens in Nesvizh, BelTA has learned.
The assistant to the President began to receive citizens with the most topical issue. "The region has already started suffering. In the region, more than 34% of winter rape has been harvested. In Nesvizhsky district, the necessary work was done before the sowing season, there will be a good harvest if there are suitable weather conditions. 118 combines were prepared (I will inspect them), they were previously tested on the field. We put up lifting mechanisms on the machines - a lot of the badass in the fields. Today, the main thing is the quality so that we don’t lose a single seed of the future harvest, ”noted Igor Evseev.
A total of 15 people signed up for an appointment with the Presidential Aide. Most of them are residents of Nesvizh and the region. Mostly domestic issues were raised: the provision of services for the removal of municipal solid waste, the repair of a dwelling house, power surges in the power supply network.
A resident of the urban village of Gorodeya complained of excessive heating tariffs. She said that in the winter in the apartment is hot, you have to open the windows, and then overpay for utilities. The deputy chairman of the Nesvizh district executive committee, Mikhail Afanasik, explained: a group metering counter was installed in the apartment building, according to which the payment is made. "If the apartment is above 24 degrees of heat, we can adjust the temperature and recalculate the payment. But there were no complaints of heat from any of the apartments. Another woman from Nesvizh does not agree with the size of her pension, the presidential aide promised to examine her appeal in detail, analyze and prepare a response.
The director of a peasant farm from the village of Dudinka, Borisov District, spoke about the lake he had dug at the site in 2013. In 2016, the land management service of the district executive committee issued him a penalty for inappropriate use of land, the district executive committee decided to remove the reservoir. He appealed against this decision, but in 2018 the local authorities again raised the issue and decided to execute the old order. Igor Evseev promised to personally go to the area and find out.
Also at the reception raised issues of management of the partnership of owners, the unauthorized seizure of the site. “We will respond. What we can do is decided on the spot right away. What we can’t do is take control and bring it to a logical conclusion later,” the presidential aide concluded.
