Minskoblimuschestvo will put ten real estate objects on the electronic trading platform of the Belarusian universal commodity exchange BUTB-Property on August 28, BelTA was told in the State Property Committee.
Among the objects are several school buildings with utility rooms, a canteen, a club-library, headquarters, a kindergarten, and the building of a training and production plant.
As noted in the committee, the Minsk region intends to actively use electronic bidding. "Among the main advantages of this type of auctions are the simplicity of the mechanism, the publicity and openness of information about auctions and the results of their conduct, fair competition, as well as equal rights of all participants, ensuring a high level of transaction security and information protection," the committee notes. "An e-bidder has a great chance to save money and time, regardless of where they are held."
