The upcoming Belarusian People's Congress will have a special importance, Lyudmila Makarina-Kibak stressed. “Everyone wants to be heard. People send their proposals. If these proposals are laid down in resolutions, people will understand that the living standards are improving thanks to them. We always encourage people to contribute their ideas. They can submit their proposals in social networks or by mail. To my mind, this will help bring people together,” she believes.
