The organizers of the competition are the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus, the Union of Builders, the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Construction Workers and the Building Materials Industry.
The competition is held in order to determine the most efficiently working construction organizations and enterprises of the building materials industry, design and survey, research and production organizations, educational institutions that train workers and specialists in the construction profile.
This year, six institutions of vocational education of the Minsk region took part in the republican competition.
Laureates of the competition in the category "Organization of the Year":
- Borisov State Construction Professional Lyceum;
- Cherven Professional Construction Lyceum;
- Regional Agrarian and Technical Professional Lyceum;
- Molodechno State College.
The honorary diploma in the nomination "Manager of the Year" was received by the director of the Slutsk State Agricultural Professional Lyceum Shilovich Sergey Nikolaevich.
The honorary diploma in the nomination "Organization of the Year" was awarded to the director of Soligorsk State College Elena N. Khamichevich.
First Deputy Minister of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus Igor Anatolyevich Kostyukov and Nikolai Trofimovich Sheremet, Chairman of the Union of Builders, presented the laureates' diplomas.
This victory is a clear indicator of the effective activity of educational institutions in training qualified workers for the construction industry, the result of the professionalism of the teaching staff.
