Sochi, St. Petersburg and Moscow are leading the ranking of the most popular destinations among Russian travelers in November-December. The "non-beach top ten" included Kislovodsk of Stavropol Territory, Kaliningrad, Yekaterinburg of Sverdlovsk Oblast , Makhachkala of Dagestan, Gagra and Yalta.
