Today, after the completion of repairs, the Rodny Kut store was officially opened in the village of Smolichi. The event brought together local residents, guests, and government officials, including the deputy chairperson of the district executive committee Svetlana Malinovskaya and the chairman of the board of the Kopyl district consumer union Viktor Smusenko.
During the modernization, 80% of the retail and refrigeration equipment was replaced, which made the store modern and convenient for customers.
«Smolichi is a popular vacation spot for both Kopyl residents and guests from other regions,» comments Svetlana Malinovskaya. «Now guests will be able to buy not only food here, but also goods for a comfortable pastime. We strive to ensure that the village infrastructure meets the needs of everyone who comes here. Despite the repairs, the store’s turnover has not decreased. Visitors, including residents of neighboring areas, highly appreciated the changes. The opening of the renovated store is an important step in the development of the Smolychi infrastructure. It combines modern service, attention to the needs of local residents and comfort for tourists, which makes Rodny Kut not just a store, but the center of village life.
As Viktor Smusenok noted, the renovation affected all key areas: the interior was completely changed: the doors, floor, ceiling and walls were replaced, the entrance group was updated, energy-saving lamps were installed.
«Now it is light, spacious and comfortable,» says Viktor Vasilyevich. «At first glance, you can see that the store has been transformed. New equipment has been installed — not only modern, but also energy-efficient. We have chosen solutions that reduce costs but increase functionality. But the most important thing is that the assortment has been expanded. I would like to note that the assortment policy is now focused on the needs of both local residents and vacationers. And in comparison with large chain stores, we have everything you need. Buyers no longer need to go to the city for everyday goods or building materials.
It should be noted that one of the key innovations was the electric heating system. This will eliminate problems with boilers in winter and create comfort for customers even in frosty weather. Logistics have also been organized: the store can now promptly deliver goods, including building materials, within a few days. «From cement to slate — everything will be delivered to order,» the chairman of the board assured.
Local resident Alina shared her impressions:
— The store has become modern and cozy — a large selection of meat, dairy products, bakery products. Everything is fresh, and the prices are pleasantly pleasing.
Guests were especially delighted during the opening by the tasting of bakery products from the Kopyl cooperative industry and sweets from the confectionery company «Velmi smachna».
