Our work is aimed at creating high-quality living conditions for people. This was noted by the Chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee Alexey Kushnarenko, speaking to journalists following a citizen’s reception in the Dzerzhinsky District, a BELTA correspondent reports.
One of the first questions received from applicants was the ecological state of a water body near the village of Zherdyazhye in the Logoisk District. The person who came to the reception reported the death of fish, crane offspring, as well as the lack of improvements.
«Together with the residents, the district executive committee and responsible services must develop a specific solution. We need to have a dialogue with the people,» Alexey Kushnarenko instructed.
Residents of the village of Putchino in the Dzerzhinsky District are asking to resolve the issue with electricity supply and the road. According to the villagers, the whole problem is in the transformer substation, which cannot withstand the load. The road also requires repairs — in bad weather, people are forced to leave their cars and walk.
«We need to take measurements of the quality of energy conservation again. It is imperative to gather people and competently explain to them what plans there are to increase capacity and modernize networks,» the head of the region told the heads of responsible services, giving the order to go to the site and assess the condition of the road. After that, a decision will be made on its renovation.
Honorary citizen of Dzerzhinsk and Minsk region Vladimir Garkun came to the reception of the Chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee. He asked to organize a meeting of the Council of Elders under the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, the last one was held in 2019.
Vladimir Gilyarovich also drew attention to the condition of concrete roads in Dzerzhinsk, and also gave his vision of combating drought.
Alexey Kushnarenko assured that specialists will study the issue of road repairs and assigning gateways to district PMS.
Summing up the reception, the Chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee noted that it is important to hear the stories of people who move from cities to urban settlements, to villages, including returning to their small homeland.
«They pose absolutely normal questions to the authorities about the quality of life and the development of these settlements. In particular, today at the reception we received questions about the quality of roads and services, about electricity supply for heating and hot water supply. Together with the relevant authorities and services, regional and district, we must create high-quality living conditions for people. And this is what our work is aimed at,» Alexey Kushnarenko summed up.
