The team consists of nine students from Semezhevskaya Secondary School. The task of the brigade is to restore order on the territory and in the grain warehouses, which need to be prepared for the new harvest. The work is not that hard (only four hours), but it is responsible. And most importantly, everyone likes it. The teenagers were given full work gear, inventory — and from the first days, a fighting spirit appeared.
The commander of the student agricultural brigade «Ogonyok», future teacher Alina Senyuk, knows firsthand what a student brigade is and how to work as part of it.
— I have been working as a commander of the agricultural student brigade in the Semezhevo agricultural village for the second year in a row, — Alina shares. — Before that, during my school years, I was often among the fighters of the student brigade. My niece Angelina Rusak also works hand in hand with me. The guys are good, the best. The main thing you learn in student brigades is to work in a team. That is, it is important to always remember that there are people next to you with whom we are doing a common cause and that the joint result is much better than when we make efforts separately.
According to the commander of the Kopyl territorial headquarters of student brigades Anastasia Davydenko, the work of student brigades in OAO Semezhevo has been practiced for many years.
— I believe that BRSM is doing everything right, introducing the younger generation to work. This is necessary, because the future of our country depends on them. Often, guys determine the direction of their future profession in this way. To see the features of the profession from the inside, to determine the advantages and disadvantages for themselves and, of course, to receive pocket money. Student brigades have many advantages, — Anastasia emphasizes.
This year, the guys do not yet know how much money they will earn. But they are firmly convinced that they are in the student team not only for the ruble, but for the opportunity to try themselves in the business, to spend the summer with benefit for themselves and their native agro-town.
