After a complete renovation, the store, located at 11 Lenin Square, opened its doors. The grand opening was a significant event not only for the company but for the entire district. The event was attended by Olga Barinova, First Deputy Chair of the Regional Consumer Union, Vitaly Rakevich, First Deputy Chair of the District Executive Committee, Svetlana Malinovskaya, Deputy Chair, and Viktor Smusenok, Chair of the Kopyl District Consumer Society.
As Tamara Abramovich, Director of the Kopyl Co-op Industry, explained, during the renovation, the decision was made to fully preserve the historic architecture of the building, which is a landmark for the city and district.
«The store’s refrigeration and retail equipment have been completely replaced,» Tamara Mikhailovna explains. «The ceilings and walls have been renovated, and new tiles have been laid. Additionally, staff conditions have been improved, and a room for salespeople has been equipped. The warehouses and other service areas have been renovated. One of the main results of the modernization has been a significant expansion of the product line. According to the manager, the assortment has increased by approximately 50%.
The store now offers a wide selection of meat products and semi-finished products, including new types of sausages, bakery and confectionery products, chilled, salted, and smoked fish, dairy products, and more.
«This is an important event not only for the Kopyl district, but for the entire region,» says Olga Barinova. «It’s a good trend. The experience of companies like Kopyl Co-op Industry, which are boldly modernizing and moving forward, sets an example for others and is being actively shared throughout the region.»
The director of the cooperative also spoke about the company’s promising projects, specifically the construction of a new 20-ton refrigeration facility in the slaughterhouse. Despite the challenges that have arisen, work on the project continues, demonstrating the company’s commitment to further development and improving the quality of its products for its customers.
The renovated «Myasnaya Lavka» (Meat Shop) is ready to welcome customers and offer them a wide range of high-quality and delicious products from a local producer.
