The Minsk oblast will hold more than 200 autumn fairs where agricultural products will be sold, Inna Sokolovskaya, the head of the trade department of the Minsk Oblast Consumer’s Union, told BelTA. According to her, this year the Minsk oblast gathered the good harvest of potato, fruits and vegetables. These products will be widely presented at the autumn fairs. During weekends, practically all the companies of the Minsk Regional Consumer’s Union take an active part in the fairs. They propose meat and made-up meat products, agricultural products, fruits and vegetables. The biggest regional fairs will be held in Zhodino and Soligorsk (October 11), Borisov and Molodechno (October 18). Trade and agricultural organizations of the Minsk oblast will take part in big autumn fairs in Minsk. For instance, on October 4, the Borisov, Kopyl, Stolbtsy regional consumer’s unions, Molodechno Food Plant and Krasnaya Sloboda Preserving Plant will take part in the autumn bazaar which will be held in Pobeditely Avenue of Minsk. They will propose various vegetables, pickles, honey, mushrooms and cranberry. On the same day, 19 regional consumer’s unions more will present their products in 6 districts of the Belarusian capital. БЕЛТА
