The Minsk oblast intends to present 4 investment projects at the Belarusian Investment Forum in London, BelTA learnt in the economy committee of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee. One of the project concerns the construction of a 100-room hotel in the equestrian centre Urozhainy (Minsk region). It will include a restaurant seating 150 people, a health centre, a hotel, sports grounds for tennis, volleyball and basketball, a swimming pool and an administration building. A project regarding the construction of the Belarusian Disneyland will be presented in London as well. The amusement park will be located in the Smolevichi region near the Petrovichi storage lake. It will occupy 30 hectares. The estimated value of the park is $800 million. Two hypermarkets (furniture and construction materials) are expected to be constructed in the Minsk region. The Belarusian Investment Forum will be held in London on November 16-19 this year. A number of Belarusian top officials, representatives of state bodies and organizations, the foreign organizations which work in this country are expected to take part in the forum. Representatives of investment, consulting, banking structures and also heads of companies from foreign countries will attend the London forum as well. БЕЛТА
