In 2009, the budget of the Minsk oblast was increased up to Br3.7 trillion, Chairman of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Leonid Krupets noted introducing new Chairman of the Borisov Regional Executive Committee Vladimir Miranovich during a session of the Borisov Regional Council, BelTA has learnt. According to Leonid Krupets, the Minsk oblast has reached the planned targets. At present, the main thing is to preserve the production volumes during the global financial crisis, the official underscored. “We have to preserve the working places, we should not allow the production to be reduced.
