More than 80 juridical persons and 175 sole traders of the Minsk oblast have used the declarative principle of the state registration, BelTA has learnt. The main justice office of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee have registered three new joint ventures and foreign companies, inserted amendments to the documents of five state-run organizations and four foreign companies. The greatest number of applications for the simplified order of state registration have been registered in the Minsk region (23 juridical persons and 36 sole traders), the Borisov region (9 juridical persons and 14 sole traders), the Dzerzhinsk region (8 juridical persons and 18 sole traders), the Molodechno region (6 juridical persons and 15 sole traders), the Soligorsk region (7 juridical persons and 11 sole traders) and the Slutsk region (19 sole traders). The less number of those who would like to open their businesses was registered in the Vileika, Krupki, Luban, Myadel and Uzda regions. The basic activities of the new economic entities are services and trade. The declarative principle of the state registration was established by President’s Decree No1 of February 1, 2009. It requires the minimum amount of the necessary documents to register a business activity. БЕЛТА
