OSTROVETS, 10 November (BelTA) – Belarus plans to allocate Br230 billion for the construction of the infrastructure of the future nuclear power plant next year, chief of the NPP Construction Directorate Mikhail Filimonov told media on 10 November. Speaking about the funds Belarus has already injected into the preliminary works of the NPP construction project, Mikhail Filimonov noted that an estimated Br400-450 billion had been invested since 2007. Next year Belarus plans to allocated another Br230 billion, with Br180 billion to be put in the development of the NPP production base and Br50 billion – into housing construction. Mikhail Filimonov also stressed that the Russian loan would be used only for the construction of the nuclear power plant itself. БЕЛТА
