MINSK, 14 March (BelTA) – Belarus will continue working with the EurAsEC Anticrisis Fund to get the third tranche, Chairwoman of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (NBRB) Nadezhda Yermakova said during a phone-in session arranged by the Respublika newspaper. Asked about terms of getting the third tranche, the official said the terms were stipulated when the agreement was signed in 2011. “As a matter of principle, we maintain the conditions required by the agreement with the Anticrisis Fund. But the fund believes we have to toughen the conditions. Structural changes, which provide for substituting state ownership with private ownership, are the key sticking point. I think we can think for ourselves and will be able to see what we should change. Everything else relating to digital parameters has been accomplished”. Yet Nadezhda Yermakova could not specify when Belarus will be able to get the money. “I cannot say now. We are working with the Anticrisis Fund. Once they make the decision, we will get the money,” said the NBRB head. The agreement on allocating a financial loan out of the EurAsEC Anticrisis Fund was signed by Belarus and the Eurasian Development Bank on 9 June 2011. The $3 billion loan will be provided in six tranches in 2011-2013. Belarus received the first tranche as large as $800 million in June, with the second one as large as $440 million arriving in December 2011. БЕЛТА
