MINSK, 14 May (BelTA) - Belarus and Kazakhstan have absolutely identical views on the Single Economic Space (SES), President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said as he met with his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev in Minsk. “Time will come soon when your good idea that you put forward two dozens years ago will not just take shape but will get filled with content,” Alexander Lukashenko said. He noted that the two countries have great prospects in this association, and assured that Belarus will continue to work in this direction. The previous day the presidents of Belarus and Kazakhstan visited the Belovezhskaya Pushcha Nasitonal Park. “We had the opportunity to spend a lot of time together, discuss a lot of issues that need to be discussed, on a personal level and at the interstate level,” Alexander Lukashenko said. The Belarusian leader told that today the presidents will formalize the agreements by signing a number of documents. The President of Belarus thanked his Kazakh counterpart for keeping his words. “We have agreed to find time to meet every year to take stock of what has been done to implement our agreements,” he said. According to the Belarusian head of state, Belarus and Kazakhstan have almost reached $1 billion in trade. Kazakhstan ranks third in trade with Belarus in the CIS behind Russia and Ukraine. Alexander Lukashenko stressed that the two economies are complementary. Alexander Lukashenko thanked Kazakhstan for inviting Belarus to take part in the country’s state programs. БЕЛТА
