QUITO, 28 June (BelTA) – Belarus will build an array of new facilities in Venezuela. The relevant agreement was reach during the visit of the Belarusian delegation led by President Alexander Lukashenko to Venezuela, BelTA learnt from Architecture and Construction Minister Anatoly Nichkasov. In particular, Belarus will construct a homebuilding facility which will include 12 technological lines (mini plants) located in different cities of Venezuela. Besides, the minister said, there will be set up a company to process agricultural produce in Venezuela. The relevant agreements were signed in Caracas. The facility will be built within two years. Belarus and Venezuela agreed to expand production of brick, triple the conventional brick manufacturing. “We are determined to expand the assortment. This year we should consider every opportunity of signing the relevant contract and to launch the second technological line in a year and a half,” Anatoly Nichkasov said. Belarusian builders are working in different regions of Venezuela. “We are starting the construction of a residential area of 3,000 apartments in Caracas,” the minister said. In his words, Belarus is also constructing dwelling near the Libertador base (Aragua State). An estimated 4,500 apartment will be built in the region. БЕЛТА
