President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has sent condolences to President of Algeria Abdelaziz Bouteflika, families and friends of the plane crash victims, BelTA learned from the presidential press service.“It is with great pain and sorrow that the Republic of Belarus learned the news about a massive loss of life caused by the plane crash near the town of Oum El Bouaghi,” the message of condolences reads.
