China will allocate 200 million yuans as additional financing for the project to construct a student dormitory and the project to build social housing in Belarus. The relevant agreement on technical and economic assistance between the governments of Belarus and People's Republic of China was officially posted on the National Legal Internet Portal on 17 June, BelTA has learned. “OAO ASB Belarusbank and the China Development Bank will open for each other non-interest bearing accounts in Chinese yuans for technical and economic assistance,” the agreement reads. The accounts will be operated according to the terms of the China Development Bank. The banks will regularly exchange data on withdrawals from these accounts. The agreement was signed and took effect on 10 May 2015.
