The official talks of Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and
Georgia President Giorgi Margvelashvili will take place at the Palace of
Independence in Minsk on 1 March, BelTA learned from the press service
of the Belarusian leader.
The heads of state will hold a one-on-one meeting and extended
negotiations with the participation of the members of the delegations.
The sides will discuss a wide range of issues concerning the development
of bilateral cooperation. Special attention will be drawn to the
enhancement of the trade and economic interaction. After the talks the
sides are expected to sign a number of bilateral documents.
The program of the official visit of the Georgia President also
includes meetings with the Belarusian government officials, members of
the National Assembly, visits to organizations, social and cultural
facilities.
