The intermediate results of Rosselkhoznadzor's inspection of
Belarusian food processing plants will be discussed in Minsk on 12
April, BelTA learned from Belarusian Deputy Agriculture and Food
Minister, Director of the Department of Veterinary and Food Control
Alexander Subbotin.
Belarusian enterprises are currently inspected by five groups of
Rosselkhoznadzor specialists. The Russian experts visit the companies
whose products are banned for export to Russia and other enterprises
that are not subject to the ban. “On Wednesday, we will discuss the
intermediate results of the inspection with Rosselkhoznadzor
specialists,” Alexander Subbotin said.
BelTA reported earlier that Belarus hopes Russia will lift
restrictions on the supplies of Belarusian agricultural products in
April. Currently, restrictions are imposed on 12 Belarusian dairy
factories, eight meat packing plants and three major poultry farms.
