30.06.2017

"The document is aimed at resolving the issue of raising the level of pension provision for citizens who have been carrying out socially significant activities for a long time and for this reason they were unable to form the work experience with payment of compulsory insurance contributions to the budget of the state extra-budgetary fund required for assigning a pension by age," - Informed the press service.
The Decree provides for a reduction in the length of service with the payment of such contributions for citizens who have taken care of a disabled group I or a disabled child under the age of 18, as well as for persons who have reached the age of 80. This category of citizens will have the right to a labor pension by age with at least 10 years of insurance experience and a total length of service of at least 40 years for men and 35 years for women.
