In order to improve the quality of services provided and taking into account the projected increase in passenger traffic during the April and May holidays, from 18 April to 12 May, Belarusian Railways has scheduled 120 additional trains in interregional and international traffic, BELTA was informed in the press center of Belarusian Railways.
In interregional traffic, 72 additional trains will run on the most popular routes among passengers: Minsk — Brest, Minsk — Vitebsk, Minsk — Gomel, Minsk — Grodno, Minsk — Mogilev, Minsk — Orsha — Krichev, Minsk — Pinsk, Gomel — Brest, Gomel — Vitebsk, Grodno — Orsha — Vitebsk, Vitebsk — Brest and Kommunary — Orsha — Grodno.
In international traffic, in cooperation with Russian Railways, 48 additional trains have been scheduled for the travel of organized groups and individual passengers on the routes: Minsk — Moscow, Minsk — St. Petersburg, Brest — Moscow.
As added by the railway press center, the largest number of trains is scheduled for April 26 and 29, May 8 and 11.
